Just Pink began as a California Rosé crafted in classic Provençal style by Julien Fayard, who was born and raised in the south of France. His family has been making Cru Classé Rosé in Provence for more than 60 years. After learning the craft from his family and famed Bordeaux houses, he moved to California in 2006 where he began making wine in Napa Valley.

Julien is widely considered California’s leading rosé winemaker and one of the first to use Provençal technique in the US.
